I rarely leave reviews but this fitness app is truly my favorite! It is one of the most user friendly apps I’ve experienced! You are able to easily find a workout based off of your wants/needs- whether you want a full body quick workout or a longer 30-40 min upper body workout, Yami has thought of it all! During the workout Yami explains the workout and makes it super simple to follow along and encourages with timely coaching along the way. I also love that throughout the workouts there is always an option to intensify or lower the intensity of your work out, depending on how you’re feeling! So excited to see myself get stronger doing this app. If you know Yami, you know she’s got a heart of GOLD and desires to love, lift up and empower women to be their strongest in every way! You can tell she’s put her entire heart and dedication into this app bc it’s absolutely stunning! If you want to feel like you are working out with your very best friend while being challenged and encouraged in your fitness journey this is the app for you!

I have always believed you needed at least 30 min cardio + workout routine to get a good workout done. Not here. My jeans are fitting so much better & that was never my intention. I just wanted to feel better & increase my energy and I’ve been able to do that and lose a couple pounds with these simple and short yet effective workouts.

I finally found a fitness app and trainer that keeps me working out throughout the year! No more yo-yoing between programs. Yami makes the workouts fun and her format works great! She got me hooked on an annual membership! The only feedback I have is that I think every workout should have a warmup and cool down for better recovery and if the music was clean I could workout around or with my girls. The rating for the app should be 13+ instead of 4+.

YES!!! 🙌 I am a fan girl. Thank you, Yami, for ironing out the kinks in your awesome app. I tried it out in the beginning but had problems with playback and other small issues that added up. Revisited when you ran your recent Black Friday promotion and am so glad I did. This fitness app is fabulous. Only a few days in and feeling good! Five stars for sure! 🤩🥳😻
