the onboarding takes at least 15 minutes. The password reset is impossible, because the error messages for what is an acceptable password our truncated, so you can’t even see what you’re supposed to be putting in. Locating your spot is impossible, you just need to refresh a few times and it’ll tell you that your spot doesn’t exist. adding your credit card is buggy, You have to have money in the wallet before you can even check out, so you have to start your session all over again after you realize each of these things along the way. Zero design effort. Zero care for users time. Classic monopoly incentives.
