We are Chelsea and Gabor. We created this app with love and compassion in our hearts. Chelsea, my wife, is the voice that guides your Yoga Nidra practices. She is a certified RYT 500 yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher, reiki practitioner, and sound healer. Gabor, my husband, is the tech wizard who built this app from scratch.
Our hope is that this app brings deep moments of silence and rest to your day. You have the seed of perfection within you. May you use this app often to nurture that seed of perfection and extend happiness to someone else in your life.
