The app has many glitches and problems with its main function of connectivity. I have it for my phone and tablet and it initially took a minute to download the new firmware needed to get it connected to the air purifier device. Also now it is running into an issue wheee the device doesn’t show up to control it on the Home Menu in the app. Overall, the app needs major updates to fix these bugs and issues with connectivity and updates which is what led it to have only one star for the review.Please fix this app.

I bought the lights but it’s incredibly difficult to use them. They constantly disconnect and I bought 6 of them for my living room. I thought I’d be easily able to batch control them but it’s so difficult. Also it keeps asking me to update filmwear and reconnect my lights.. The app definitely needs an update.
Connect to WiFi and update firmware on device for best results

I initially had a lot of issues with the app and my thermostat using Bluetooth connection only. Connecting the thermostat through WiFi prompted a firmware update for the thermostat which resolved the issues I was noticing.

IMO, The only thing worse than using an app that needs internet connectivity instead of LAN is an internet app that can’t use iPhone stored password and has a time out making you remember your password again.
1.Automation now supports specific color ambiance transitions for smart lighting.
