This is the holy grail of pilates apps. Gabrielle Saran is by far and away the best virtual pilates instructor you could ask for, although I have do doubt she is just as amazing in person. I was going to group classes at a studio and getting poor quality instruction from teachers with a very shallow knowledge base. When I made the decision to get a home reformer, I spent a lot of time researching which instructor would be best in my journey as a beginner/intermediate. Gabrielle was exactly what I was looking for. Her instructions are clear, detailed, and incredibly helpful for spacially-challenged people such as myself. One of the things I love most is that she will tell you what you should be feeling in your body, using incredibly precise descriptions. I cannot only visualize what I should be doing with my body, but how my body should be feeling and responding. It is very apparent that she understands every nuance behind each movement and is an expert in leading people toward where they need to and can comfortably go. I feel incredibly safe doing her exercises, knowing that unlike in the studio environment, she is carefully accompanying you through each part of an exercise, both macro and micro. Getting lost is impossible, that is how good her cueing is. Her on screen presence is delightful-- positive but not cloyingly so, and her routines are thoughtful and effective. I am already seeing incredible changes in my body, am getting stronger, more flexible, avoiding injury, and truly excited to do a new workout each day. This is the one and only app you want if you desire the very best instruction possible. Thank you so much, Gabrielle. You are a gift.

Sarah Pilates has the best library of online reformer classes! As someone who is still learning, Gabrielle’s cueing is so intuitive and clear she has not only helped me achieve more advanced moves, but I can do her workouts without even looking at the video. I have used Pilatesology and Pilates Anytime, but I just absolutely love Saran Pilates I don’t even need the others. There are so many workouts for every level, intensity, and length. Gabrielle has the best flows, and her workouts have just stood apart for me since getting my own reformer and doing classes at home. So fun and leaves me feeling so great afterwards!The app itself is aesthetically pleasing, simple, and it works well! I love the weekly planner in case I don’t want to have to think about what to do next and all of the sorting options! It’s so easy to sort out workouts any way you might want to. I love it, please never go away!

Before purchasing my own Reformer, I completed 50 private Pilates sessions in a studio. I tried nearly every app available, and Sara Pilates is by far the best — the closest experience to true private studio training. Bar none.Gabrielle’s cues are incredibly clear and effective. I started with the Beginner Track, progressed to Level 1, completed the full program, and am now planning to repeat it.I feel confident that I’m building a strong foundation with her guidance and continuing to grow stronger as I move into my 50s. I love Gabrielle’s workouts! After long periods of sitting one of these workouts makes me feel so much better, my muscles feel less achy and stiff, more flexible and open. I really appreciate the variety of options and the curated lists that make it easy to find the right workout for each day. I play tennis so I like that I can easily find Pilates workouts for rotational sports. Sometimes I like to do classical Pilates, other times I prefer athletic, sometimes I just need to stretch or only have time for a quick workout, this app has me covered!
