I read the comments as I was downloading the app. Everything the other comments say is true. Product has connection issues and no customer support other than email. Im contacting walmart for a return.

Got the thermometer and was a bit worried at first, having some similar connectivity issues as the other reviews. Thought the battery may have drained during shipping, swapped it out. Now it connects, stays connected and seems to work great.
