Saving hand over fist with shopping from them. Shipping does eat away at some of those savings, but I still saved time money and time. Great selection and beats driving around from parts store to parts store looking for what you need. The people working at the brick and mortar places dont know of the right part a lot of time either. Where as here I can type in my vehicle and find the exact part I need and it come directly to me. No lost time driving around. Loving this app.

I spent 20 minutes in the phone with a “Christian” and clearly stated I wanted a replacement part they said that he would put in a request for a replacement I stated “ it’s not my fault you guys sent me the wrong part it shouldn’t be a request if it’s going to be a request I would just like a refund.” He assured me it was not going to be a request and instead was going to be expedited to me in 2 days at the end of the call he states ” the company will reach out to me based on my request” I immediately stated “I do not want the replacement and instead would like to receive a refund” man put me back on hold came back later talking about it’ll be “30+ days” after they receive the wrong part they sent me after asking to speak to the manager or someone of higher authority he stated he was in another call and couldn’t come to the phone and my best bet was to call back later which is a joke not professional solutions to problems they fix not professional business practices 1/10 would not do business with this company again

I have a dodge charger scat pack widebody. I wanted to buy a center engine splash guard. So i decided to use this app and very disappointed after using it. Your app refer wrong parts for my car then the customer service then argue and say it my fault. Your website suppose to refer correct part, not say this part fit my car then when I get it doesn’t fit. The site said a type 3 would fit but when I got the part it didn’t fit. I try calling the customer service and explain that the site is giving incorrect part offers. He blames it me. Stating I should have know I can’t use a type 3 but use a type 1. I try explaining why your site saying I can when you saying can’t doesn’t make any sense. Dude didn’t even help me with the return.

Do not order parts from them! Especially if you need to return the item. I ordered a part from them for $250, well it didn’t fit my car so I returned it. They received my part but told me the weight was “off”. A bolt was missing they said. So they had to send a request to their escalation team. I never received my money. Then when I call they beat around the bush and tell me they can’t do anything that it’s in the escalation department’s hand. I called them multiple times until I finally spoke with a supervisor. Supposedly her name was Pol D. Well she tells me give her till 1:00 and I should hear back. Never heard back from her. So I called back. The guy told me that Paul was a guy and I never spoke to a woman. Well I never got my money back and they “discarded” my parts. 0 Star review…
