Maptastes displays YouTube food tasting vlogs on a map of Taiwan. Clicking on a marker on the map displays a page that gives you more information about the restaurant. Swiping the page up displays pictures of the dishes and a YouTube video showing the Maptastes team reviewing the food. Clicking the green "Go" button in the top right corner of a restaurant's picture automatically links to the iOS navigation system giving driving or transit directions to the restaurant. This feature requires giving the app permission to use your location. Moreover, the navigation system will work only while you are in Taiwan, otherwise a route to the destination will not be found. Over time, more restaurant locations will be added to the map without updating the app.
