This update fixes several issues with shared cases. Condition flags — Critical, Biohazard, Upstairs and the rest — now stay off when you turn them off. Previously a flag could switch itself back on after a save. Collaborators can now edit condition flags, time of death, and the decedent's name. Fields now update as soon as you tap out of them, and a note appears when someone else changes a field you're working in. The collaborator message now states clearly what is owner-only instead of listing what isn't. Placeholder text is easier to tell apart from information you've entered.

Fixed an issue where some cases would not reopen. Cases stored only on your device could fail to open if the app tried to look them up on the shared-case server first. Cases already affected on your device are repaired when you open the app after updating.

This update improves the reliability of shared cases. - Fixed an issue where a case created while the app could not reach the server could be marked as shared before it had actually been uploaded. - Cases affected by this are repaired automatically the next time you open the app. No action is needed. - General stability improvements to case sharing and collaboration.

The 7.4.3 release brings updates to: Handling & Transfer Protocol — corrected partner lift guidance The partner lift section has been revised. Previous guidance to raise the cot together on a count has been replaced with a sequenced technique: raise the loading end about halfway, bring the control end fully up, then finish the loading end — foot bar last. Raising both ends at once is where injuries occur. Unless both operators are equally experienced and equally matched, one side rises higher or faster than the other, and the resulting twist transfers directly into the other operator's back. Ending with the foot bar last prevents the loading wheels folding and collapsing the cot. This correction came from a working transporter who reported it from the field. The module is marked for review again so anyone who read the earlier version sees the change, and a new quick-check question covers the sequence. Improved Compliance record handling. Closed cases are now retained as archived Compliance records instead of appearing in active workflow lists. This update provides clearer messages when a synced case cannot be opened from the current device because the device is not a participant on that case.
