Todo is where your team works: tasks, projects, chat and video calls, in one app.
Instead of jumping between WhatsApp, spreadsheets, email and a calendar, all the work lives in one place, and everyone knows what is on them and where things stand.
Tasks and projects
• A project per client or goal, with tasks, owners and due dates
• Tasks with subtasks, files, comments and mentions
• Table, kanban board and calendar views
• Notifications when something moves, so nobody has to chase anyone
Chat and video calls
• A chat for every project and team, plus direct messages
• Share a task into a chat and it shows up with its owner and status
• Voice and video calls with screen sharing, straight from the chat
• An AI summary for every video call, pinned in the chat where it happened
• Full call history
Clients and leads
• A card for every client with contacts, projects and income
• Lead management from the first inquiry to the close
Ask Todo
• Ask a question about your work and get an answer with sources, drawn only from what you are allowed to see
Time, calendar and finance
• Time clock and hours reporting
• Shared calendar and meeting scheduling
• Income, expenses and budgets, by permission
Built for businesses and teams, with full right-to-left Hebrew support, role-based permissions, and everything in sync between the app and todo.work.
Sign up at todo.work, invite your team and get to work.
