I really like the stories and app so far but it definitely could improve. Coins you need to unlock chapters vary, which doesn’t make sense. Some chapters are 43 coins, while others 76. This consistency is hard for the user to gauge how main coins they need to purchase. Realistically they should have an option to just buy the book straight up. Another issue, the monthly subscription seems almost like a scam? I reached out to support about it so we’ll see what they say, but the daily coins it says you’re suppose to receive I haven’t since I purchased the plan. App is relatively simple to use and navigate. But my big issue is the coin system.
Like the stories but hate the system

So a few things… first off I do like the stories. They are very captivating. The first issue is a few of the books I’ve started have a ton of typos, like crazy amounts that a subpar editor should have caught. With that being said my biggest issue with the app is that yes the stories are great but once you read the first 3-5 chapters you’re hooked, but then you can’t unlock a new chapter unless you have coins and they cost so much to unlock, anywhere from 25-70, which is a bit excessive. I prefer if they let you unlock a chapter a day and then if you wanted to spend coins to unlock more. Honestly the Galatea app is better in that concept, but there are 3 stories that are so good in this app that I wish I didn’t have to wait to earn coins to read them. We should get at least 1 chapter unlock a day…
Great stories, pricing is really expensive

The coin system makes this super expensive. I keep looking for a way to just buy the book outright because it’s really expensive to keep buying coins. The chapters are short. I bought a ton of coins to start with, thinking it would carry me through just to finish the book, but it barely covered 10%. I am $40 into a book that would cost half of that most likely in a paperback version. It’s a tough pill to swallow. I love the story and want to finish, but I don’t know if I will because it’s so overpriced. I’m still only 20% though the book… I wish they had an annual subscription with unlimited reading at a higher price. I would pay that in a heartbeat over this nickel and dime-ing…

I love the novels but hate how expensive it is! I have read a few books on here now and have spent close to $100 to finish reading some of the books. One in particular I spent money to read all of the chapters available a few months ago, went in today to see if the story had been updated yet and it’s completely locked down again. I’m not seeing an option to even restore previous purchases. Another app I’ve found offers a monthly subscription fee and have unlimited reading which is 100 times better than paying per chapter. I would love to finish Alpha’s Forbidden Attraction , but I refuse to pay for chapters again that I had already paid for.
