La segnalazione della criticità genera un compito da assegnare al dipartimento dell’amministrazione proposto alla presa in carico e alla risoluzione di quella determinata criticità; inoltre, il sistema integra le segnalazioni provenienti dal portale comunale, ove esistente, e dai canali social.
