Caju Messenger v3.5.7 contains minor updates to our authentication as well as minor bug fixes. All to continue providing an optimal experience!

Caju Messenger v3.5.6 includes updates to its Intune integration, specifically aligning with Microsoft updates to the Intune platform. No functional updates are included in this minor version.

Caju Messenger v3.5.5 provides an update to address a potential issue when launching the app after Microsoft Intune automatically wipes data on a managed device as a result of the Intune configured policy. This issue only impacts Intune managed devices where such an Intune data wipe policy is enabled.

Caju Messenger v3.5.4 provides updates to accommodate additional Microsoft Intune policies, as well as ensuring that you can still receive notifications about incoming messages if Caju Messenger has been in the background for an extended period of time.

This release includes routine maintenance updates to underlying software components and third-party libraries to support ongoing security, stability, and compliance with current mobile platform requirements. No functional changes have been made to application features or workflows.

Caju Messenger 3.5.1 contains a minor update to address initial Intune enrollment issues for those organizations that manage their devices via Microsoft Intune.

Caju Messenger v3.4.0 provides enhanced support for Microsoft Intune. If your organization is leveraging Intune for device management and data protection, Caju Messenger can be enabled to recognize and enforce your enabled Intune policies - including prevention of copying or taking screenshots of your conversation content.

This version of Caju Messenger contains an update to address an issue with Single Sign-On (SSO) via the mobile app.

Caju Messenger v3.2 provides several key updates to enhance your conversation experience! Now you can access the history of an idle WhatsApp conversation without needing to send a new template. Accessing and viewing images and links shared in conversations is much improved. And we can more accurately detect the types of files you are trying to send, for enhanced protection.

Caju Messenger v3.0 now introduces optional voice calling! Not only can you communicate with your external contacts via WhatsApp and/or SMS, but now you can make and receive voice calls over the same business phone number. This requires a voice call license for this feature to be enabled, but it ensures that you have a single number and app to which you can communicate with your customers, partners, etc. In addition, users can now optionally remove the personal contacts they created in Caju Messenger.

As part of Caju Messenger 2.8.0 we have introduced several improvements and fixes. This includes an improved experience when attaching any files (images, video, audio, etc.), as well as an easier means to find and select your colleagues when transferring conversations. In addition, we have enhanced the user experience to better accommodate the display of contacts with longer names and/or phone numbers.

Caju Messenger v2.1.0 provides several updates to existing group conversation capabilities. Most notably you will now have the ability to remove any groups you previously created (WhatsApp, SMS, or User groups) - allowing you to keep your Contacts list updated. We have also included several updates to address various issues and minor user experience improvements.

This new minor update to Caju Messenger addresses an issue where you may have continued to receive notifications even after signing out. With this update, notifications will cease upon sign out, and resume the next time you sign back into Caju Messenger.

Caju Messenger now supports WhatsApp voice calling! This allows your contacts to initiate calls directly from WhatsApp, and these will alert you in both the Caju Messenger mobile app and Web browser. This is an optional new capability for approved customers. Please contact your Caju representative if you are interested. We also have improved the user experience related to importing contacts and managing your user preferences, as well as cleaned up / streamlined the conversation header to better use the space on your screen. New in Caju v1.11 you can now record and send audio (voice) messages to your contacts! Similar to WhatsApp and other chat apps, you can now press and hold a microphone button in any conversation to record a voice message for your contact. A great option to more quickly and easily convey your message, you also can preview/play your message before sending (just in case you need to make a change and re-record). Oh, and we also improved the 'Forgot Password' experience to make it easier and more intuitive to recover and reset your Caju Messenger password.

With Caju Messenger v1.10, we are introducing notifications! Now you can be notified of any new message received in your conversations, or if a colleague transfers a conversation to you. This ensures that you are immediately aware of requests, issues, and questions from your customers and contacts. Selecting a notification will take you directly to the associated conversation. We have also addressed a few minor updates and bug fixes in this release as well.

Sometimes words are not enough (or too much?). Caju Messenger 1.9.0 introduces the ability to send emojis within your outgoing messages! This is available via both Web and mobile apps via either the emoji button in your message entry field, or just use a standard keyboard shortcut to add emojis to your messages!

Caju Messenger 1.8.9 contains fixes to several issues, including an incorrect conversation layout when the keyboard is displayed, better handling of reactions from WhatsApp contacts, proper display of the header after a conversation is transferred, and no longer displaying a 'WhatsApp' icon alongside internal Messenger Users in your Conversations list.

With v1.8.8 we have addressed minor issues with the Contacts and Conversations lists on iOS devices, as well as updates to properly display long hyperlinks in chat content, and an issue displaying file attachments sent as the initial message from a WhatsApp contact as part of a new conversation.

Caju Messenger v1.8.7 provides updates to address issues with downloading file attachments exchanged in conversations, as well as the ability to copy text and select active hyperlinks in chat messages. Additionally, we have improved the Add Contact form to better display with your phone keyboard.

Caju Messenger v1.8.6 addresses minor layout issues impacting both the Conversations list and the display of chat history within a selected Conversation, as well as an issue that may occur when attempting to record a video from a new chat message.

Caju Messenger v1.8.5 addresses minor issues related to attaching files to existing conversations, as well as scrolling and ordering of entries within your Conversations list.

Caju Messenger v1.8.4 includes several updates to address issues with user to user conversations also other UX improvements when searching for a conversation or a contact and replying messages.
