تأسست جمعية البر الخيرية بجازان عام 1399هـ صدرت شهادة التسجيل الرسمية لها بتاريخ 1400هـ لتحلق في سماء العمل الخيري ولتكون باكورة الجمعيات الخيرية في المنطقة, وتقدم الجمعية الآن خدماتها لسكان مدينة جيزان وبعض القرى المحيطة بها.
