تأسست الجمعية الخيرية لرعاية المعاقين بحائل -هدكا في 17 رجب 1432هـ رقم السجل (605 ) بصدور قرار معالي وزير الشؤون الإجتماعية رقـم ( 75970 ) وفق لائحة الجمعيات والمؤسسات الخيرية العاملة في المملكة العربية السعودية .

الريادة والتميز في تمكين الشخاص ذوي الإعاقة لتحقيق أهدافهم من خلال شراكات مجتمعية مستدامة وخدمات إنسانية مبتكرة
الرسالة
تقديم برامج وخدمات متكاملة ذات جودة عالية للأشخاص من ذوي الإعاقة وأسرهم بمنطقة حائل ، لبناء شخصيتهم عبر شراكات فعالة مع مؤسسات المجتمع الحكوممية والخاصة المشاركة في صياغة السياسات والأنظمة والبرامج الخيرية بما يكفل حقوق ذوي الإعاقة وتهيئة الظروف والبيئة الصالحة ليكون مواطنا صالحا له اسهامات في تنمية المجتمع .
