Declaree ensures that submitting paper declarations becomes a thing of the past. With the mobile app, employees can easily take a photo of their receipt and submit it. The accountant or bookkeeper can easily view, approve or reject all declarations online and export overviews for administration through our website.

• BUDGET DECLARATIONS: With Declaree, the employer can set budgets and limits, such as a book budget, bicycle plan, or a limit on taxi use. Both the employer and the employee can see at any time how much budget has already been used and how much space is left.
• WORK COST REGULATION: From 2014, the work cost regulation is mandatory, and an employer can spend a maximum of 1.4% of the total fiscal salary on untaxed allowances for employees. Anything above this must be taxed at 80%! With Declaree, you always know where you stand.
• TAX OFFICE: An electronic signature no longer needs to be sent with digital copies of declarations. The Minister of Finance expects that within a few years, half of the companies will submit digitally to the tax office. This means a huge saving for entrepreneurs!
The update of the app has killed it. I can take a picture of a receipt but cannot make any edits.Full purpose of the app is gone.Prior version worked and this upgrade to the new app has destroyed the entire use case.
