I'm so glad I stumbled across SleepHQ, as my physician stated that there was no way to for me to see or analyze my overnight data without being in their clinic. Lo & behold, this was NOT true, and SleepHQ had an entire ecosystem of CPAP info, tutorials, and analysis tools available that are FREE to use by anyone - though more advanced features are available via a paid subscription. On top of that, new users are given a free month of the paid subscription to test out all of SleepHQ's features... what more could one want!!I write this review for those like me who have not been happy with their CPAP therapy after the first few months. Basically, while my sleep was improved, the quality & refreshing feeling seems to taper off back to mediocrity. Now, enter SleepHQ, where I was able to analyze my sleep and get to a better & more sustainable quality of sleep by customizing & logging my settings. My leak data even triggered me to switch mask types, something that would have taken my much longer to realize had I not been able to see the data. Please consider SleepHQ if you're struggling with your CPAP therapy. You will need to purchase an SD card & card reader, but those costs are minimal & something most folks likely already have... so getting your data is very accessible. Plus, Uncle Nicko is pretty funny & entertaining, so that helps when watching all the videos. I also recommend starting with the browser app (i.e., on a computer) before using the app so you can learn the interface. P.S.: I'm looking forward to that ResMed tattoo!!

After being diagnosed with afib I was also sent to a sleep center and found I had sleep apnea. After not receiving much help or liking my results and comfort I did online searches and found out about sleep HQ. I ordered the sleep HQ O2 ring and downloaded the app. I had set the O2 alarm to 88. That first night I was constantly woken up by the alarm, my oxygen was really dropping. I contacted the sleep doctor and showed them my results in the app and they scheduled a new sleep test that showed I needed O2 at night. Through looking at my results on the app and HQ I have fine tune, my machine and my O2 with the help of a new doctor that actually will look at the results from my sleep HQ. The sleep app has been a godsend.
App works great, but the design choices are very hard to see

I have a visual impairment caused by low oxygen at night because of sleep apnea. This App was created for people like me who want to correct their oxygen at night, but unfortunately the App uses very light colors on a white background (No contrast) which is so difficult to see that I almost can’t use the App. Sleep Apnea causes this visual impairment known as NAION that causes difficulty seeing things without contrast. NAION can lead to full blindness if my oxygen goes too low for prolonged periods during sleep, and I am certain that this affects other users of this app also. Please use dark colors and dark text. Or even better, create a “dark mode” with a black background and bright white text with relatively thick font and bright colors so people with vision impairment like sleep apnea-induced NAION can see it. Thank you.

Finally able to upload my sleep data into to the App using my iPhone 15Pro with assistance from Community and videos which some are dated. Support staff very helpful, accommodating and responsive. Still unable connect on my MacBook Pro; however, a new product release has been introduced and a game changer. Still a work in progress for me but the Sleep Academy has been extremely helpful in addressing several of my questions. The data graphics shown on the App are priceless and will shed valuable info for yourself and your Sleep professionals. The SleepHQ Community is a plus along with Support staff and I have already recommended SleepHQ to several others I know on CPAP.
