I love this game so much, so when it crashed, I was super disappointed. It crashes before it’s even finished loading when the app is opened.

This used to be my favorite game but I’ve been waiting for new locations to open but it’s been months and nothing new. Now the past few days it gives me an error of no internet connection…no matter where I am. Even when all other apps work fine. I haven’t been able to play in a week or so and it’s disappointing. Not sure what’s going on with this game. Disappointing.Update: There was no way to get the game working again so I had to delete it which meant I lost all of my progress in all of the different maps of which I was up to level two or three on each and am back to level 1. I had paid money to get the magnifying, glass magnet, etc., and had a ton of gems and coins. I lost all of that and all of my progress. Now I’m back at level one working my way back up again. I’m so bummed and disappointed. It would be nice if the developers would reach out to me and offer some kind of compensation of some kind.
