To begin with this app is totally unusable. Every time I try to use it it doesn’t work. Every tool has a problem with it. I tried to draw a circle and it wouldn’t even draw a circle then it did draw the circle. I tried to adjust the circle, it wouldn’t even do that. I try to bring in files from other apps like OneDrive or Google Drive and you can’t even access to the other apps. I am so frustrated with the app that I can’t even try other things on the app to see if it even works, I’ve also noticed that they are differences even in the windows app that they have. There is no consistency over different platforms. It’s like I’m working with four or five different programs. It says it has functionality with Wi-Fi and over the ethernet or whatever but you can’t get anything to work unless you got the laser connected via USB. it’s a shame that the product is great but the software to use it makes it hard to work with. I usually don’t review things, but this is just too bad. I have to let people know.

Unfortunately this app is so close to being useful… but it misses the mark by not supporting saving files at all, if not for this seemingly strange omission it would be virtually identical to the desktop version!There is one other much smaller bother, but the upload function seems to only allow selecting from photos. I am unsure if there is a way to upload SVGsI really hope this will be updated (if you read this check the app updates to see if they have added saving and loading files) because other than these major issues everything else from the desktop software is here!

The app launches, but if you click on any of the projects to open them, you only get a white screen with greyed out content and it never loads. Now I can open a New Project and use the creative space, but pre-made projects are a bust!Just spinning wheel of nothingness. Currently own the Vision 40W and about to purchase the New Lumos. I wish WeCreat would come out with an update to make this a great app. Last updated over a year ago… Come on WeCreat, Apple has upgraded iOS at least 3-4 times in the same amount of time. Give us something that works.

I can’t give this app more than one star. You can’t open any saved files you have. You also can’t save anything. For someone who uses the software on their Mac, this software is completely useless. Either update it or remove it.
