This app performed beautifully the first time I used it on a long hike, which was right after the app was rolled out. And it has only gotten better. You can see your progress on the elevation profile, which you can’t do on Gaia or AllTrails, and you can add locations like places where you can get water.

This app was is a time-saver when preparing a large group of hikers for a major event. Screenshots displaying one's elevation profile was incredibly useful, helping others gauge how much time the final hikers would need before finishing. Highly recommend for efficient preparation and coordination!

No other GPS app gives us our location on the map and where we are in the elevation profile. Knowing how far to a summit, or how much downhill you have to go, is extremely helpful. Great app that I am sure will only get better!
