It used to work after the latest update I can’t access. The profile I created and it won’t let me set up a new one. Keeps thinking I haven’t filled in required fields when they are all completed. Useless app right now

When I started the app everything worked great and I thought the reviews were incorrect. However after 4 weigh ins I decided to link everything to Apple Health so I could use my WW app with my my weigh ins. It was then that I realized I couldn’t verify my email, which means I can’t sync with Apple health and all it says now is that the session is “timed out”. The verify email button does nothing. Now I can’t even weigh in without creating a new user slot and getting rid of my progress. The app is useless.

I have never in my life been more frustrated trying to register and use an app in my life. You can’t even verify or reset a password. They have a feedback form that you can fill out but. It even send. It’s impossible to sync to your phone because you can’t verify the account. It’s not that I don’t know what I’m doing. I’ve worked in IT for 15 years. This app is worthless.

I’ve tried multiple times now but all I get is that connection has timed out. It was cool having the weigh in populate on the app but now it’s getting annoying that I can’t connect it to any of my health apps due to the app not allowing me to register an account
