The fit for golf app was transformational to my game and general health. I signed up for the app last year as had been looking for a golf-specific workout for mobility. Within 2 months, my swing became more consistent and distance increased for all clubs by around 10%. Last season I lowered my handicap from 13 to 10, and my bodyweight dropped by 10 lbs. I usually play 1-2 times per week and walk/carry my bag, and I noticed that I scored better on the final 4-5 holes due to sustained energy levels. I have continued with the mobility sessions on a regular basis and done several of the other programs during the off season and in season when time permits. I really enjoy the variety of exercises and options for gym, home and travel. The workouts are short enough to fit into my busy work schedule and I have also found that Mike is very responsive if I have any questions. Thank you.

At 53, I decided it was time to speed train. Before starting a swing speed program, I knew getting stronger in the right way was critical to success and staying healthy. Mike is very practical and informative when you listen to him on his own podcast or a guest on others, so I downloaded FFG and began last August before hitting The Stack, once I completed my first program. The app is great. Simple, video demos for all exercises, and programs that follow the seasons of training, playing and training, and adding swing speed training. Mike is responsive, the app keeps growing, and most importantly, I can report at 53, I am moving 20-30% more weight than when I started, my endurance for playing/training is way up, and I’ve gone from 107 to 117 top speed, and from 104 to 110 cruising, with better accuracy. I feel great, look noticeably more fit, and I wouldn’t be where I am without the app.

Mike Carroll has sincerely created an amazing service for golfers of all kinds and all levels. I have used his app on and off over the last few years when I could only work out at home (only working out a few times a week), and then times that I'm really trying to ramp up for gains when I have more time. He's even thought through different workouts depending on the time of the season and has created a very fluid and dynamic workout that can be customized based off of the day and help you track your results. I cannot recommend the Fit for Golf App and Mike Carroll’s workouts enough.Recently I decided to get more serious about my golf game and wondered how much improvement I would see from making my gym work more golf specific. I’d been powerlifting for a few years, and developed quite a bit of strength, but felt my club head speed was slow compared to my true potential.I started doing sessions with The Stack followed by the Contrast Training workouts 3 days a week (as recommended by Mike), and the results were incredible. My max club head speed has gone from 105 to 120mph in just 6 short weeks. Excited to see if I can reach 130mph completing the Mass, Force and Velocity program cycle.In addition I believe Mike’s workouts have had a positive impact on my swing mechanics. Many of the exercises give you the same sensations you have at different points in the golf swing. I’ve found it a lot easier to implement swing changes from my golf coach or reinforce the correct movement patterns.
