I’ve contacted customer service twice and they not only responded promptly but they actually gave support and went above and beyond fixing the issues I had. This merge game has a few unique differences that sets it apart from other merge games. The energy can be accumulated every hour and it gives many many opportunities to earn energy along the way. But beyond that, I give 5 stars based on customer service alone, it’s so rare these days but goes a long way.

One of the worst merge games I’ve played so far but there could be so much potential. It’s basically a cash grab. What game didn’t replenish life by the minute? You have to wait an hour to replenish all your energy so you can play again. I guess they don’t care about how much time you spend on the app. The events are unachievable unless you spend money and there’s like four events going at one time that change every day. PLEASE stop showing me the event pop ups every time I open the app. Anyway I’m going to go play Love and Pies. They don’t care about my money.

I actually like playing the game and have spent $$, what irritates me is the fact that there’s always at least 7-8 pop ups when you open the game.. and why is there always these extra side quests. It’s just too much.. sometimes I just want to play the game and complete orders!!! Btw the “lookbook” cards are utterly ridiculous and it needs to go away and never comeback. I’ve opened hundreds of card packs yet hardly ever get any NEW cards. Plus it was supposed to last 30 days and pretty sure it’s been almost two months. If they do the cards again I’m done, at the very least I won’t spend another dime.. so annoying!

The game itself was great. I loved it and played everyday. It really helped my adhd to be able to complete the tasks and check them off. I even made a few purchases for more credits. Well all of a sudden now I’m on the hard levels I guess because every order has multiple high level pieces and it takes DAYS to complete an order or you have to shell out quite a bit of money to play. So I don’t even recommend starting it. There are plenty of other merge games that don’t get ridiculously hard.
