Gratitude Club is a small group where members reflect on their daily life.
You’ll write reflections alongside others who are also trying to live with more care, depth, and balance.
Answer a few thoughtful questions. Then the app puts your answers together, and you decide what to share with the club.
Each question is something a good therapist might ask.
New topics appear every day, making the space feel alive.
This practice draws on journaling, gratitude, mood tracking, and therapeutic reflection. It helps you build more clarity and calm over time.
Only paying members can contribute reflections. If you cancel, you’ll still keep access to your past entries.
Perfect if you:
• have been in therapy
• want to make small, steady changes
• value a slower, more thoughtful way of growing
All built by a one-man team. A future psychotherapist.
