This is a complete scam!!!!

I downloaded this app. But once I did I didn’t find it user friendly at all. So I deleted it. But before completely deleting it, a message popped up asking if I was canceling my subscription. I pressed yes. Then I deleted the app. But I just noticed that my checking account shows that on October 15 and 21 of 2026, I have been charged $9.99. I have looked for an email address or phone number to contact someone to help me get my money back and to make sure they cancel my subscription. But I can’t find anything. I will have to call my bank and see if they can get this taken care of. I will speak to someone in their fraud department and let them know I was scammed!!!
