Ratings & Reviews
- Card payment: while the terminal is waiting, the register shows a notice and the page cannot be left by accident. If the app is left anyway, a notification reminds you to come back.
- Card payment: if hobex does not respond in time, the register now voids the payment itself as a precaution. If that succeeds, nothing was charged and you can charge again right away.
- Card payment: when the bank declines, the register names the reason, e.g. "insufficient funds", "card expired" or "bank requires the PIN".
- Void: receipts are voided with a reference to the original and a reason on the void receipt. A receipt that is already voided cannot be voided a second time by mistake.
- For a refund to the card, the void receipt carries the refund's card data.
