Premium payed for but not working

App fits what I want perfectly but I paid for premium but am unable to use the features associated with it. Customer support page through app isn’t working either

Bring the scroll wheels back for loan amount, term, down payments and interest rate! Nobody wants to type all that in when they could do it in 5 seconds in the old Ap. Now I just want to find a more user friendly loan calculator.
