Subscription pricing and terms
PopAi offers an auto-renewing subscription at $12/Month,$30/Quarter and $99/Year to provide you with Large Usage Volume while you maintain an active subscription.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

PopAi is an early entrant into the multi-AI-toolbox market (That means they were thinking ahead before most people even knew what AI was or heard the acronym LLM). I’ve been a Pro subscriber for over a year now to PopAi, as well as many others in this space. Every startup is going to have its limitations and growing pains, but PopAi manages to stay competitive and has introduced several innovative products and tools that are next to none in some cases. That said, PopAI has a Swiss Army Knife approach: if it can be written, then PopAi has an AI solution. Advanced or Beginner, PopAI will probably emerge as one of the elite all-inclusive AI platforms in years to come. As for the token usage under the Pro plan, this feature is still in its early rollout phase, and we’re currently limited by costs (though the overall subscription remains quite affordable). Subpar Product and Poor Customer Service

This product is subpar, the billing is misleading, and the customer service is poor. The website suggests you will be charged month to month and the total yearly fee will equal $99 when in reality you are charged the entire year at once. When I contacted customer service to help and for a partial refund (as I did not want to continue using an unsatisfactory product), the just gave me instructions to cancel prospectively (which is needlessly complicated) and asked me to send screenshots of the issue. I explained to CS that there wasn’t. specific issue I could screenshot - the presentations generated are not high quality. I prompted the tool with very specific prompts, included starting points for the presentation, and provided data and information to use in the presentation. The results were always something a high schooler would have created and were not acceptable for use in a corporate setting. They were also poorly formatted. I spent more time editing the resulting presentations than I would have spent if I had just created the slides myself.

I have the desktop subscription and mainly use it to summarize or locate info in lengthy documents. The App does the same thing. You can upload books into this thing and it immediately summarizes the info and tells you whatever you want to know about it. Works wonders for what i need it when u need it.
Misleading billing and no customer support- avoid

I signed up through the companies website, which is based in Singapore not the US or Canada. I canceled the same day I was charged yet the subscription still shows as active for a full year and there’s no clear or accessible way to request a refund. I also no longer have access to my account after canceling, which makes it even more frustrating be very cautious. There is no Grace period And the billing feels misleading. I highly do not recommend this product and there is absolutely no one to talk to and over the phone. Once they have your payment, you are on your own..
