You can now create a memo with your preferred save duration directly from a Home Screen widget. We made each memo’s save duration and expiration time easier to understand. You can also choose an app icon from Settings. The Home screen’s empty and search states have been refined.

This update makes it easier to start a memo and understand what happens when it expires. • Start a new memo directly from an empty Home screen • New memos now default to one-day retention when no default is set • Added a clearer empty Trash state and a Delete All action • See when expired memos are moved to Trash or deleted

Improved the memo creation and editing experience. You can now confirm before closing with unsaved changes, and it is easier to see when a memo will expire after choosing a retention period. We also refined the Settings and Trash navigation.
