This information is always available and ready to hand when you need it. Different catalogues and types specific to your company facilitate the quick creation of new articles and allow easy searching and filtering. All items can be accessed directly by scanning a unique barcode.
* Notes, images and documents
The application has an extensive notes feature that allows users to store all additional information and notes. Communication is facilitated via formatting and mentions. Pictures tell more than thousand words: That's why a sophisticated image gallery is available in a central location. Documents can be uploaded at any time and from any location and are immediately available.
* Warehouse and inventory management
Manage your stored items and the stocks with incoming and outgoing updates, perform inventories quickly and easily. See at a glance how many items are in stock. With a sophisticated multiple posting mode for mass processing of items, you can also efficiently perform a large number of updates. Storage bins can be structured as finely as you like in a tree structure and articles can be stored in several storage bins.
