I’ll admit I’d allowed myself to get swallowed up by my last relationship, and I was devastated when he broke things off with me. I started the 28 Day “Get Him Back” program in hopes of getting my ex back. A lot of what I’m being coached on is stuff I’d started to do on my own because I wanted to build myself back up and was trying to heal while still hoping for reconciliation. I love that the focus is on building your confidence back and finding yourself again. Yes, the end goal to hopefully work things out. Even though about a week into the program my ex reached out and wants to work on things, I’m still going to see it through. I’ve felt more confident and secure in myself, I’m rebuilding my life outside of my relationship in hopes that I can avoid being the needy clingy person I was before. And if it doesn’t work out, hopefully it the hurt won’t be as devastating because I won’t have centred my world around my relationship. Also Julian Hart was amazing in coaching me on how to respond to my ex’s text without defaulting desperation. Highly recommend this app. Even if you don’t reconcile with the person you were hoping to. You can meet a better, happier, more confident version of yourself through this program.

Well, I’ve learned a lot of new things. A lot of it also I already knew and felt like it was playing a game to some extent is bc men are like that, but it kept me on track with what I supposed to be doing. I know that I shouldn’t text and text. I went through the lesson and then the check-in ..following through and doing the course every day. I became more aware and was able to stop. I felt good about it bc when you text and call most times they aren’t answering you and then you don’t feel good. So I made it through. I’m not gonna say that once in a while I don’t think what is he doing? Why doesn’t he wonder what I’m doing but most of the time all I have to do is remind myself how he treated me and that I don’t really care what he’s doing and that’s a good thing. I care about me moving forward and looking forward to life. So much!!!

I had this app for a few months. I was having problems with my husband and needed some help / advice or ideas. There are lessons you go through on each topic. There’s so much great information. I learned so much . They give you ideas and little assignments. I usually do not have the extra money for things like this . But it was so worth it. When I needed to cancel it was so easy . I sent them a message and they immediately got back with me. In the past when Ive tried to cancel other apps or subscriptions , it’s almost purposely hard to find . This was not . I definitely want to sign back up just because I respect that it was not hard.

Everything that has been said is so simple and yet I have let my anxiety and fears block the simple truths and facts. I’ve forgotten myself and thus complicated so many things that caused my own overthinking. This app has helped me tremendously to just recenter myself and remember that I need to focus on me to make a second sure there’s a 2nd person and not one that gets lost into one. It’s made him the one to reach out and when he does it doesn’t impact me the way it used because I’m so focused on regaining myself and finding “me” again. Thank you so much for the insights!!!
