Very disappointing customer service experience. For more than a month, I have been trying to resolve a payment issue that suddenly appeared on my account. My credit cards were previously accepted without any problems, and the same cards continue to work on other platforms. Despite explaining this multiple times, I kept receiving the same scripted response blaming my bank.I was repeatedly told that my case would be escalated and that I would receive a follow-up, but I never received a phone call, email, case number, or any meaningful update. Each time I contacted support, I had to explain the entire issue from the beginning. The most frustrating part was that the chat was ended without providing a solution or a clear way to track my case.Customers deserve transparent communication, proper case tracking, and follow-up when a problem remains unresolved. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of those.

Uber eats is okay but you can fell the Chinese things on this app for example when i make a review for my order i can’t just using in order details like when i write a review like this: “the order is wrong I’ve ordered fuce tea but they send me a coca cola” my review gonna be fail because checker says you are using add words but this is not an add I’m saying order send to me wrong (i hope uber eats can change this chinese communist things)
Stop spamming with notifications
ParkerYuz
I downloaded the app and wanted to use it ended up calling the restaurant and ordering right then. In 1 day, i got 16 notifications from this app - to the extend - this just feels like spamming. I do not need to reminded almost every hour the deals you push. The unfortunate part if i turn off the notification, the actual notifications i need to see will be missed. So please stop spamming with push notifications unnecessarily. Thank you
Trendyol Go and Uber Eats are joining forces!
A whole new experience is coming soon - with exclusive deals and great discounts. Stay tuned!
