2. 교육 과정
1차시 : 자율방범대 제도
2차시 : 「자율방범대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률」 소개
3차시 : 「형법」, 「경범죄처벌법」 등 관계 법령
4차시 : 법 제7조제1호 및 제2호에 따른 자율방범활동 관련
5차시 : 범인 발견 시 신고 및 조치 요령
6차시 : 「실종아동 등의 보호 및 지원에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호에 따른 실종아동 등, 가출인 및 주취자 발견 시 보호 등 조치 요령
7차시 : 범죄 취약지역 등 지역 내 범죄 예방 관련 사항
8차시 : 개인정보 보호법 관련 (CCTV 등)
9차시 : 재난의 예방·대비·대응 및 복구에 관한 활동 요령 1
10차시 : 재난의 예방·대비·대응 및 복구에 관한 활동 요령 2
11차시 : 자율방범대원으로서의 기본 태도 및 자세
12차시 : 인권의 개념·법령·제도·사례 등 인권 보호에 관한 사항
