FarmaProm - a modern and functional mobile application of the SFA (Sales Force Automation) class. It constitutes a complete CRM system enabling mobile work of pharmaceutical and medical representatives.
It allows for simple and instantaneous reporting of visits as well as for transferring orders directly from the field to the distributor. The application was created for the pharmaceutical business. Thanks to that, it accounts precisely for specific conditions of this unique market. Every day it is used by several thousands of users.
Allows planning and reporting pharmacy visits, transfers orders from pharmacies to pharmaceutical wholesale stores to be realised, controls the status of the orders, as well as contains the most detailed commercial database of pharmacies and doctors in Poland.

• Adding a new “Start time” field to activity reporting in the “Activity” tab in the “Date” section. This field is automatically filled in when the visit begins and does not require editing. Thanks to this:

This change is a response to suggestions from our users. It was introduced to facilitate daily work and increase the transparency of reporting.

Introducing the "Submit an idea" feature. Previously, submitting a new idea, improvement, or feedback required direct contact with our helpdesk department. Now, this process has been automated and is accessible directly from the mobile app. A new icon (a lightbulb) has been added to the menu, which opens a submission form upon clicking.
Advanced filters in the order form: "Brands" and "Priority". The order form now includes two new advanced filters: "Brands" and "Priority." The "Brands" filter displays all available product brands, allowing users to select one or multiple options. The "Priority" filter operates as a simple "on/off" switch. This functionality is particularly useful when placing large orders, making it easier to search for specific products.
