1. Check by model: supported iPhone models include iPhone XS, XR, SE 2/3, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, Air, 17, and later eSIM-compatible iPhone models. Supported iPad models include iPad Pro 11-inch (1st generation or later), iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation or later), iPad Air (3rd generation or later), iPad (7th generation or later), and iPad mini (5th generation or later).
2. Dial *#06#. If an EID appears, your device usually supports eSIM.
3. Open Settings > Cellular. If you see Add eSIM, your device usually supports eSIM. Open Settings > General > About. If EID is shown, your device usually supports eSIM.

This app had started to earn my trust. Yes, it is pricey. However, the perks somewhat outweighed the costs. However, the tech behind the app has declined SIGNIFICANTLY in recent months. I'm afraid to ever update the app, because now all of my calls consistently drop (even if I have enough balance) and that's even if I ever get a call-back from Roamer when trying to make an outgoing call. What has happened to the reliability? Unbelievably disappointing. I have to restart my phone and/or the app at least 5-10 times to get a call-back now. Frustrating beyond belief for a businessman who used to put trust in the app.

I was a customer last 4 years. Before it was the great application, good support. all functions were working great! Now their support is terrible, I'm waiting the answer more than 1 week, can't receive calls. support chat is dead, no any answer to emails.DO NOT BUY!!!!! NEVER

This app claims to display your phone number on caller id. Doesn't work. Waste of time and money buying minutes. Use Vonage instead, it's free in the US.

Just spent 3 days on business in Mexico City and decided to give this app a try on my Verizon iPhone. I travel outside the US a lot and my cellphone bills have been killing me. Problem is my cellphone is my only phone and I need to receive calls on my US number when I am outside the country. This application worked exactly as described. I was able to receive calls to my US number over wi-fi, 3G, 4G and GSM for less than 1 cents a minute. Placed calls back home too, again calling from my US number with no problem at all via the app. This is going to be a HUGE savings and incredibly convenient. Nice job Roamer.
