De app biedt een hoop voordelen voor zowel de cliënt als de coach. Zo kan de cliënt vervelende of leuke gebeurtenissen bijhouden aan de hand van een begeleidend systeem. Zo kan de cliënt meteen op het moment zelf de juiste vragen beantwoorden waarmee alle zintuiglijke waarnemingen van dat moment in kaart worden gebracht. Dit biedt een aanleiding tot de gesprekken tijdens de coach bijeenkomsten. De cliënt kan ten alle tijden zijn resultaten doorsturen of ervoor kiezen het op te slaan en dit naar wens later te versturen. De coach zal deze berichten ontvangen en kunnen inzien. Dit totaalpakket maakt de behandelingen efficiënter dan ooit en onmisbaar tijdens een pma traject.
