- Haven't got the refund they promised- can't coordinate their activities- Service staff not helpful.......creates more issues and asks for unnecessary information- Machine failure..... didn't wash cloths even though I followed the steps properly. Even had the audacity to call and tell me to collect the unwashed cloths because time is over and they will charge panalty if I don't
