GLUTEN-FREE AND GLUTEN-REDUCED ARE NOT THE SAME THING
Gluten-free beer never contains gluten grain. Gluten-reduced beer is brewed with barley and treated with an enzyme to break the gluten down. If you have celiac disease, that difference is medical, not marketing.
Most beer apps index everything and filter for nothing. xGluted treats the distinction as a first-class label on every beer and every venue — clearly marked, before you order. Set your preference once, and filter to only see gluten-free locations if that's what your body needs.

This app is really cool and I was very excited to download it. My only complaint is that all the breweries I looked at in my area do not have any gluten-free beers, but only seltzers which I feel should be a separate list. It would be nice if the app delineated between the two.

This is good feedback. Today, you can designate your drink type preferences on your profile. We do collect what drink type it is from the breweries so we can add a filter as you suggested. Thank you again for the feedback and suggestion.

This app would be awesome, but I tried to look up whether a certain brewery near me had gluten free options and now the entire app is stuck on that search result, no matter how many times I restart it and log out. There’s no way to reset the search results that I can find. Just don’t search if you’re going to use this app, I guess?
