As part of our mission at MTN Enterprise Academy, we have designed programs to ensure that our Sellers are empowered to sell in a world significantly impacted by digital transformation. Through MTN's ways of selling, customer-facing professionals will learn skills, techniques, and methodologies, to offer bespoke solutions to enterprise clients, allowing us to stay competitive and be in a position to close even the most complex deals. All learning is presented in small, bite-sized chunks you can go through whenever you have a moment. The application tracks how you are performing and adapts to help you focus on the areas you struggle with, provides you with corrective feedback so you can correct misconceptions, and allows you to keep learning until you demonstrate retention. Doing a few learning steps every day over a period of time helps you master a new topic and retain knowledge in long-term memory.

- Message thread in leaderboard: We've introduced a new Message Thread component in the leaderboard! Users can now view comments, create their own, and react to others' comments. This update enhances engagement and collaboration, making it easier to celebrate achievements and share insights within the team.
- App Update Prompt: To ensure users always have the best experience, we've added a prompt that notifies them when a new app version is available. This update reminder helps keep the app up-to-date with the latest features, improvements, and fixes for optimal performance.
Bug Fixes:
- Inbox Layout Fix: We've fixed an issue where an empty space appeared at the bottom of the Inbox page on all iOS devices. This update ensures a smoother and more polished user experience with improved layout consistency.
- View Results Navigation Fix: Resolved an issue where clicking "View Results" after completing a program displayed the incorrect screen. Users will now be directed to the correct results page for a seamless experience.
- Toast Notification Colour Fix: Fixed a visual issue where the "Well done! You have completed the program" toast notification was displayed in red instead of green. It now correctly appears in green to reflect the achievement and celebrate user progress!
- Drag and Drop Question Fix: We've fixed an issue in the drag-and-drop question type where users could place multiple answers into the same slot. Now, once an answer is dropped into a slot, it remains locked, ensuring a smoother and more accurate answering experience.
- Sign-Up Form Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where new learners attempting to self-register were redirected to an unintelligible form after clicking the sign-up button. Now, users are properly directed to the correct registration form for a seamless onboarding experience.
