Added suggestions for which card to discard Allow suggestions to be shown on the Suggestion button AI: On a loner, AI throws away any suit not furnished by caller. Fixed a bug that was counting the upcard for the partner when going alone. Adjusted the value of various details when computing bid. AI no longer will go alone without either bower.
