Updated Age Rating as requested by Apple

Exporting to PDF was ignoring the 'grid visible' setting.

Changed the frequency with which the PDF export size is updated - previously it would start at 72cm square until details changed. Now it recalculates when the export tab is selected, and when details about the PDF are changed. Also: modified the content of OXS files to include carriage returns - this makes the text content easier to read by humans, but doesn't affect the data itself. Changed PDF sizing - (was ignoring the Diamond size) Fixed labelling of PDF name in export screen Fixed overlapping controls if toolbar was clicked as the first action. Changed popup menus from messageboxes into overlaid buttons, due to issues for people running the app on a Mac rather than an iPad

Changed the small "cloud" icon to a full size Browse button for clarity Fixed the size shown on the estimated size label Max colors for import can now be as low as 3 Tapping a symbol was not bringing up the Select Symbol page

Added buttons to allow you to browse for images and charts both on your iPad, and in the cloud, making it easier to exchange charts between your desktop and the ipad. Added the ability to have the 'onionskin' image shown in the thumbnail window as a grayed out image, if it exists. Added a new setting to control that. Reduced the height of the palette rows so that you can have more rows on screen at once. Refreshing the file list will cause the app to recheck files in the documents folder, in case you add a chart while the app is running. Can now open charts from macstitch that contain tent stitches - these are converted to diamonds.

Fixed bug where flipping an area up/down or left/right would fail if the grid had been scrolled
