Founded in 1989, the Hero Dubai Desert Classic made history as the first DP World Tour event in the Gulf region, helping to establish the Middle East as a world-class destination for golf. Part of the prestigious Rolex Series, the tournament has delivered some of the sport’s most iconic moments and, in 2023, became the first and only GEO Certified® golf event in the region.
Returning to Emirates Golf Club in January 2027, the Hero Dubai Desert Classic will welcome many of the world’s leading players to compete for the iconic Dallah Trophy and a US$9 million prize fund. Beyond the course, fans can enjoy four action-packed days of live entertainment, music, family-friendly activities and fantastic food and drink. Don’t miss your chance to be part of it.
