• Request an offer for the treatment you select.
Treatment request
• Answer health questions specific to the treatment.
• Add photos of the treatment area.
• Enter your current city, treatment city and travel dates.
• Choose the number of travellers, transport, accommodation and extra services.
• Review your request and confirm to send it.
Offer and payment
• View your offer with treatment, flight and accommodation details in the app.
• Pay a deposit or the full amount by debit or credit card through Stripe. Card details are processed by Stripe.
• Track your payments and travel details in your account.
Discover Türkiye
• Explore places, blog articles and stories.
• Save content to your favourites.
Account and support
• Sign in with your phone number or Apple.
• Create support requests and follow replies in the app.
• Delete your account from the app at any time.
Languages: English, Turkish, Arabic, Russian and German.
Treatments and discovery content can be browsed without signing in. A treatment request requires sign-in. Visit Turkey does not provide medical diagnosis or advice; treatment is planned and carried out by licensed healthcare providers in Türkiye.
