Not bad, needs some improvement

I agree with some of the other reviewers about needing the integration from iCorps, some good stuff in that app. The maradmins are very slow to update, sometimes a day or two after release, and then I’ll get a lot all at once populating. Other than those few upgrades, good tool to have.

I’ll change my review once the app is fixed. I use this all the time, but since being updated, I get an error that I’m not connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and also cellular and still no dice.Edit: customer service was excellent in getting my app working again. It is in fine working order again and does everything that I need it too. If you have a vpn, just contact them and they will assist with your issues! Thanks for the assistance!

Hi there, sorry you're running into this. We recently migrated authentication providers and that's the likely cause of the connection error you're seeing. Please make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store since we've pushed fixes since that change. If it's still happening after that, email us at waypoints@sandboxx.us and we'll dig into your account directly.

The Marine App is finally here

Corporal in the Marine here. Waypoints is the real deal. It’s made for Marines by people who clearly understand how the Corps works. It’s not just motivational fluff; it actually helps you get ahead. You get quick access to cutting scores, JEPES info, and even an AI-powered career roadmap that helps you figure out your next move based on your job. It also pushes summary ALMAR and MARADMIN messages and other updates straight to your phone so you don’t miss anything important. It’s like having a squad leader in your pocket that actually has answers.

The application isn’t terrible. It has some coding problems, such as the Afghanistan and NATO ribbons not being there and ribbons not showing up in precedence order. The AI integration is definitely going to make a huge difference for the Marines' progression if it’s maintained as changes come out. The MARADMINS will take some time to get used to just because of the layout and AI-geared summaries, but overall, it's not too bad.

We update Waypoints regularly to help you hit your next objective. This release: • Introducing Dispatch: read official messages for your branch (MARADMINs, ALNAVs, MILPER, and more) in one feed, search by keyword, number, or topic, and open a quick Brief or the full message. • App Icon and font has a fresh new look! • More reliable sign-in, now with a help link right on the screen • Additional fixes and polish. Love the app? Rate us! Need help? Email us at waypoints@sandboxx.us, we'd love to hear from you.
