Their customer service is a joke - if you book a changeable flight you’ll never actually be able to change it.Here’s how it went:- booked a change-able flight for an extra fee- on the same day of booking, I realize I had to change the flight to a different day. I chose the flight and submitted the request- about a week later (less than a week before the new flight date) they email me saying they’ve tried to contact me via phone to confirm the request but couldn’t reach me (which isn’t true, I had 0 missed calls). The email says to call their customer service to resolve this, but the customer service guy CANT CHANGE MY FLIGHT (Btw - this is sent from a no-reply email so I can’t respond on email either).- i wait 2 days for them to call me directly to confirm the new flights but then they email me saying they couldn’t reach me (which is not true, neither me or my gf with a secondary number was called at all).- so now im stuck with the original flight and can’t possibly change it, even though i paid extra to be able to change the flight (no hope of a refund there).Oh and good luck trying to chat with their AI support agent, it’s also useless 🤣After this trip I’m deleting this app and never using Opodo to book another trip 🙃

Please don’t use this service and app. I’m not a bot as a lot of comments here. You never receive you money back if you canceled your flight. It’s already many months they are lie to me. By the email and by the online support. Every time they answered at the same questions all different. Last time they sent a confirmation that I will receive a refund in the next 7-10 working days. But today as before they said (3rd time already) we will ask a request. Again and again. And what I see. The status of my request as at the first day many months ago. From now I started company against them and asking to join who has the same problem. I know already enough of people with the same problem with this bad service. Also I collect enough information from them to prove that they are liars. Be careful take care. DONT USE THIS SERVICE AND APP.

- Worst customer support, don’t buy this if you think having access to an agent will help you resolve anything, they don’t even let you speak. Take you around in circles and then don’t actually resolve anything. Gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem instead of listening and trying to understand. - They promise to refund flight cancellations. The airline canceled my flight, I only got a refund on one of the 2 tickets.- No way of changing your name or email address and they randomly choose which of the fliers is the main member. In my case, they made my child the account holder and I somehow didn’t get included. So my tickets were not part of the membership benefits even though I purchased Prime + which should have covered up to 9 people (and they kept telling me that on the phone, but not doing anything about reversing the issue for flights I purchased for myself and not my young child who was randomly chosen as the prime + membership holder 🤦🏼♀️)- Flights don’t always show up in “My Trips” you have to keep messing with the appAnd there are a million other issues. The app works very slowly. It’s a horrible service. Don’t complicate an already complicated process of purchasing flights.
