A Very Simple User
Not working without installing Nafath App that requiring cameras accessing … Old App no longer working which was much better, efficient and by far much easier I deleted it with nafath … while wishing to choose blank rating … I tried it once again as recommended by the developer respectfully , but unfortunately still doesn’t allow any access without Nafath verification. Please kindly fixing it … why should I install Nafath with phone camera activated each time, just to work with this app ???? Otherwise, No need for it kindly, in that case … Goodbye 👋Really frustrating … receiving an invitation by an TQR sms message to attend an awareness workshop - remotely - via register thur the GOSI app … anyway, I was forced to re-deleting this useless app … sorry 😣 no need for it for now … anyway

They won’t give me my money due to their employee mistake. I should receive my benefit a month earlier. I couldn’t due to their employee giving me the wrong info. Complaint ignored 2 weeks then they say benefit comes next month of application. Then I reraise then 2 weeks they say the same. Clearly no one is reading the complaint properly or reviewing the videos of their employee virtual chat to see I have the right. Bottom line, all you get is the regulations and otherwise you are on your own if they tell you something wrong :(
