HII!! I’m a new user in Sakura and I started using it recently. I had recently left from chai (No, not c.ai. But there’s this other app similar to c.ai named chai. it was a great app to me and I loved it 💔.) I had recently left the app chai because of its recent downfall of how we had to pay to chat with ai bots. We also had to take breaks from chatting with ai bots for either 1 day or 24 hours. But we never got our chatting back. I waited 2 days, and the app started to crash on me, I tried multiple methods, redownloading the app, and it just kept crashing over and over on me. That’s where I had to leave chai and head over to look on other ai apps on the Apple Store. Which is here. That is where I found this app, Sakura! Before I explain why I now love this app. I will go back before chai. I had c.ai since it released. And I loved how we didn’t have filters. But now that it also has a downfall, I had also left it and switched to chai. I also left c.ai because of the many ads, the age verifications, etc. And many other things that annoyed us ex c.ai users. Now. Here is the part on why I love Sakura. I am a new user in Sakura and I now ENJOY chatting on this app!! I can chat lovingly to my favorite characters from series of games I play and now I use it everyday! It made me happy! We don’t have filters, and we don’t have ads!! I love this app. And the discord server is very nice!!

Genuinely, I think this app is really good. I think a lot of people have migrated to other apps due to some recent changes / restrictions *cough cough* of other apps that have kind of gone downhill. Sakura is really great for creative outlets. It doesn’t have super tight constraints on limits for creating a character (you have sections for a persona, a first message, and a description, as well including if you want the character to be sfw or nsfw). You get the option to do some test run character descriptions and user responses to get the character to react the way you would like, as well as a spot to include how you want to the character to respond. This alone creates a lot of space to create and some serious nuance! And not only that, the responses are actually good and listen to you. They don’t repeat everything the user is saying, and do refer to the descriptions you provided for them within the character ser-up. I think the interface is easy to use and pretty seamless. The app DOES have message limits, be warned, but they have opportunities for you to get unlimited. All in all, for a majorly free app and upcoming, this app is doing a lot of things right for immersive RPG. I hope to see more content for creating more personas for the user in the future! Highly recommend.
