Great live streaming service

I recently had the experience of using this live streaming app for my father’s funeral services, which were held outdoors. This app proved to be an invaluable tool during a very difficult time, providing a seamless bridge for family and friends who couldn’t attend in person due to various reasons. From the outset, the app was user-friendly, boasting an intuitive interface that made setting up the live stream straightforward. But, like with any technology, I encountered a few minor issues. What set this service apart was the exceptional customer service I received. The responsiveness was beyond my expectations; I was able to speak directly with the owner, who handled my concerns immediately and with great empathy. The website provided for viewers was also impressive. It offered a range of interactive features, such as the ability to send cards, leave comments, and share memories. One of the most significant benefits of using this live streaming service was its ability to include so many more people in the ceremony. It became a bridge for those who were ill or otherwise unable to travel, ensuring that no one missed the chance to say their goodbyes and participate in the service. This live streaming app and service provided a much-needed solution during a challenging time. Its ease of use, combined with exceptional customer service and a viewer-friendly website, made a significant difference in how we were able to share this important event with loved ones near and far. It’s a service I highly recommend for anyone looking to bridge the gap between physical and virtual attendance at any significant event.

I can not say enough about how wonderful this site is! My husband passed away and I was preparing a memorial service for him at our local club house. Many could not attend so I looked into live streaming. I found this app in the App Store. I called Nick, the architect of the app, he answered immediately and explained they usually work with funeral homes. He very patiently explained how everything worked. I was able to set it up and send invitations to all who needed to live stream. On the morning of the memorial Nick was available on his phone to help me through the entire presentation. After you have a full recording of the event to play at a later time. The app is wonderful and the customer service is great. I can not recommend this higher!! And I need to add—the price for such a wonderful keepsake is not just reasonable—it is inexpensive!

Great app for sad event

I recently lost my 19 year old son. He was a gamer and had developed a handful of great friends across the world. This app allowed them to attend and pay respects in real time. It is intuitive, works as advertised, and easy to set up, even when overwhelmed with grief.I especially liked the fact that I could customize to make the livestream by invitation only; thus restricting those who were merely curious and/or may have had negative intentions in attending this event to honor my son.Highly recommended!

I sadly couldn’t join my aunt’s funeral in a tiny city (Lapte!) in France as I live in the US. I thought it would be impossible as connexion there is limited but Attend made it possible! I saw it crystal clear and could hear every speech and music! I really feel I was there with my family. I am so grateful for this service 💜 thank you.
