The Reader application is intended for clients of Raiffeisen Bank. It serves to confirm operations in Internet banking of Raiffeisen banka.

- By scanning the face and ID card directly in the Reader application. For activation, it is necessary to have the client number, a valid SR ID card and an SMS code sent to the phone number registered in the bank.
- In person at the branch.
- By phone via Infolink.
The Reader requires an Internet connection for activation and updating. Subsequently, it can also be used offline.
During activation, the Reader prompts the user to set a login password and to set a fingerprint for more convenient login.
The current version of the Reader application is available for devices with the iOS 14.0 operating system and higher.
