I went in to this process extremely skeptical - I have had mostly poor experiences with telehealth in the past. However, despite my skepticism, I was amazed at how much my designated pharmacist was able to assist me with my particular question. They provided advice that gave me direction on an issue that I had been going back and forth on for quite some time. Definitely recommend to anyone that’s looking for a convenient way to get advice on your medications (or quitting medication in my case), or just a general health question, this is SO much better than WebMd or something comparable. This gives you a personalized approach to what are often complex medical questions. Other than that, the app itself is super Intuitive and easy to use. Medidex is really on to something and I look forward to remaining a customer and following along on the journey.

My experience with this app has been very positive. I became worried that two medications I was taking were having an interaction and found this app would let me chat with a pharmacist directly. The setup was seamless and within 3 minutes of downloading I had submitted my question and gotten a response that directly addressed my concerns. I continued to chat with the pharmacist for a few extra details until I felt comfortable with all of the information I had and my anxieties about my medications were quelled. Having a service like this available is not only great for information, but also for that feeling of uncertainty you can develop about your health and medications that google searches are not enough for. Great experience, would definitely recommend.

I had gotten prescribed some new medications by my doctor. When I went to pick them up from the pharmacy there was a really long line and I didn’t get more than 30 seconds with the pharmacist. I totally forgot I had wanted to ask the pharmacist some questions about the new meds and my existing meds.Luckily for me I found this great app as I was googling for the answers to my medication questions. I was connected with a pharmacist almost immediately and was able to ask all my questions to a real person privately without feeling rushed. I definitely plan on using this app again in the future, it was truly a great experience. Convenient and available right when I needed it.

I had a wonderful experience with this app and its service. In the same way that you may need to call a nurse advice line, this pharmacist helpline connects you to subject matter experts in a matter of seconds. The pharmacist that I spoke with was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and very thorough. She answered all of my questions, timely matter, and I felt more confident proceeding with my previously prescribed treatment. I was in a pinch to get a quick answer for my medical question, there is no chance of me getting in touch with my doctor in the middle of the night, and so this tool was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this service and plan on using it again in the future!
